Macarthur Gas Pty Ltd are specialists in all areas of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Natural Gas throughout the Sydney metropolitan and NSW regional areas, with a broad range of services anywhere from a simple domestic tap washer to a large civil construction project.
In 2008 we introduced our first ITOnline system to automate our leak detection service and we have since automated 5 other business and field processes integrating them into the CASYS system. Throughout this time the CASYS system has evolved with our business needs and has proved to be a benefit to; field staff, office staff, management and most importantly our clients and customers.
The system is accessed in the field by mobile phone which means our field staff get their work direct from the office enabling them to complete their tasks in the field reducing the time spent traveling to and from the office. The system has eliminated the amount of paper work and associated management replacing it with customised reports to oversee quality control and process management, with monitors to help manage field staff and address our OH&S concerns of lone workers.
ITOnline have provided outstanding support for their system and our business and we look forward to continuing our association.

Karuna provides palliative care for those in our community that are terminally ill and our Nursing, Counseling and Social Worker team provides in-home care and support for the patient and their Family.
We have recently engaged ITOnline to implement CASYS to consolidate the myriad of databases that currently exist and streamline processes. There are also future plans to provide the clinical staff with mobile and remote access to critical information.
ITOnline have been great to work with and the flexibility and ease-of-configuration of the CASYS system means that the ITOnline consultants are on target to deliver the project in a much shorter timeframe than I would have expected for a project of this magnitude.
